This is a Birthday cake for a young lady that wanted butterflies and lots of them!
The sponge cake is lemon, and the filling is Vanilla Swiss Meringue and a hint of tangy homemade raspberry jam. The fondant is Saracino, which we find to be absolutely delightful!
