These were my winning cupcakes in the Dorchester Foodie Show last year. The Michelin Starred Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli judged the competition and I won! It has taken a little while but I asked if I could name the winning cupcake the Novelli as a reminder! It was a classic vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream with fondant dome and hand painted swirls. They were decorated with fondant flowers and all 12 were identical!
