Eiffel in Royal Icing
I piped the tower in 12 pieces and then put them together. If I was to do it better next time – I would not pipe the top bit and instead put a little molded piece for the steeple so my one has 4 points instead of one -but I was just a bit excited to show for a first go with iced panels!
