Keira and Summer’s 3rd Birthday Cake

Chocolate Mud Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache, covered in fondant and decorated.

I had to carve my own base board for this cake, that was a first for me. Ganaching the cake was certainly interesting, but I think it turned out rather well. The client was very happy!
