I was so excited to be asked to make this cake! The flavours used were chocolate, red velvet and vanilla. The ice shards were made from isomalt. I had the pleasure of being invited to Anahita’s birthday party too, along with my two little ones, which was very special! The castle is based on design from Lesley at Royal Bakery.
