Cake I made for my 92 year old grandmother for Easter. It survived a 10 hour drive to get it to her! The cake is a 3 layer fresh tangerine cake with vanilla buttercream covered in fondant. Pansies are all gumpaste. I don’t own the pansy cutter set so I had to improvise and use regular petal cutters and a heart cutter!
