Chacko Mathai / Jacob Mathew, our son turned seven on Valentine’s Day, but his request was placed a year back at his Sixth birthday. Confirmation came on the day he saw ‘Man of Steel’ – the movie.

Had great fun with my son making this cake. Being a little artist himself he is THE most difficult customer for Cake Canvas…He would sit at the work table giving directions on the costume, the stance and of course – the six packs!!
Last but not the least – Man of Steel has to have his face. Quandary, Dilemma and more works later the piece Chacko calls “Man of Steel conceptualized and directed by me and made by Amma” was born.

PS: Check out his pride and beaming happiness upon receiving the finished sculpture. He lost his tooth few hours before cutting the cake..;)
