Lavender and Lemon Easter Cake

This was a 6" lavender scented victorian sponge cake with lemon cream filling and Sugar Pixy’s Buttercream Tropical icing. Piped with lavender flowers around the cake and accented with a lemon coloured fondant bow to tie in the ingredients to the design. This was so much fun to do, and thank’s to Sugar Pixy’s teaching, I was able to acheive beautifully sharp edges :). TFL!
