Toy Story 3 Birthday Cake

Made this cake for my Nephew’s 3rd Birthday (which worked out perfectly with the Toy Story 3 theme!) Bottom tier was chocolate truffle cake with chocolate ganache filling, top tier was vanilla buttermilk cake with vanilla buttercream filling, both covered with fondant. The “3” topper and sheriff’s star were gum paste, all other accents were fondant. Had so much fun with this cake! :)
