My brief was quite specific – a pink princess with very long black hair – make something pretty for a 5th birthday.

Base tier light vanilla sponge layered with fresh cream, covered in whipped white chocolate ganache and fondant icing. Likewise for the top tier but using butter cream. Princess is RKT and fondant/gumpaste.
