Dotty Cupcake Toppers

This was a very simple order for a baby shower – chocolate cupcakes with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. My client didn’t have anything for toppers, so I told her no worries, I could come up with something! I made these little flag toppers using toothpicks and some pretty ribbons I picked up from the bargain bin at the local craft store! Super easy and a cute little touch, I thought!
