Bag of Baby Spinach

My dear friend Nina is addicted to Baby Spinach. She LOVES the stuff. Since she does cakes as well, she did not want a cake. So I made her this. The one is a pinata cake, full of chocolate. Everything is edible. Yes, that includes the bag, which took a few weeks of experimentation to get it right. It is approximately 95% of the actual size of the bag of spinach.

Thanks to Vincent of Gelatin Boss as well for so kindly letting me run my idea past him for a few pointers. You’re a treasure, Vincent.

This is crazy! I saw the post going on FB but couldn’t click on it. I thought it was a cake recipe with some spinach inside (and the picture was the bag of spinach).. I am impressed. And dying to know how you made the bag!
