This wedding dress cake was made based on the inspiration photo and my long awaited desire to make one. I was unable to see the back of the dress so I designed the tail to match but did not want to overwhelm it with too many diamonds so I just added a few in the front.

I purchased a circuit cake mini a while back but could never master the use of it so I punished it and put it away. I finally decided to pull it out and try again. Yes, I was finally able to use it without any frustrations, I am so excited. Here are the results of my playing around with it.

I made the diamonds from using royal icing and disco dust except for the larger one which is a glass diamond.

Everything else is fondant and edible pearls.
