I’m a bit obsessed with green iced cakes. This is a new display cake that I have been working on for the last 6 weeks, in between orders. The cake includes my favourite colour combination at the mo: sage green, gold and peach. I wanted to include loads of country garden flowers I made old fashioned roses and rose leaves, ranunculus, hypericum berries, sweet peas, and lisianthus.
