Very VERY proud moment for me… My very first client wedding cake…
First time using isomalt on a cake as well and it went so well after only having a play 4 times with it.
The cutting cake was Bubblegum & the cupcakes were boysenberry all with vanilla butter-cream.
It all looks amazing together and ever so proud of my self.
