This is a Eiffel Tower cake made of vanilla & chocolate cake my client ordered for his girlfriend’s birthday & valentine day. It took me 2 days to assemble the tower. Instead of using royal icing, I use pastillage to make the tower so my client can keep it for long. Really hope one day I can visit Paris to see the Eiffel Tower ^^
