The wagon measured 30×16×18″, weighed approx 16.5 stone and took many hours to create (I used 330 eggs 16.5kg of butter, flour & sugar, 1litre of sugar syrup, 21.5kg of buttercream plus around 25kg of sugarpaste!!). I poured every ounce of myself (creativity, love and sanity (not that I have alot of that) into making this cake. I enjoyed almost every moment! (it was the hour drive nearly killed me!) ;o)
The horse was made from modelling chocolate & weighed 15lb!
Also included in the order were 200 cupcakes (lemon & blueberry, chocolate, vanilla, apple crumble, raspberry & white chocolate) The cake and cupcakes were set up on a 12ft long table!
By far my biggest order to date :o)
