This cake was inspired by an picture I found on Google Images, and it’s very likely the cake I found was created by one of the very talented members of this site!!
So if it was, thank you for giving me the inspiration for this Bunch of daisies cake xx.
My version is a triple lemon drizzle (lemon sponge, filled with vanilla cream and lemon curd drizzled with fresh lemons zest and syrup).
Requested by Mick for his wife Nicky’s Birthday which was yesterday.
