This is a cake that I made in a 3D cake course.
Last Saturday I attended this class because I wanted to learn new techniques. I did have an amazing time, the tutor (Berna Ilusiona cakes) was fabulous she explained very well every detail of this cake.
We used Madeira sponge and lot of chocolate to build it.
It took us 9 hours to finish El Chef.
