This cake is for my Dad, I wanted to make him a ‘pigs in mud’ cake but he’s not meant to eat too much chocolate so, I made a Madeira sponge with buttercream.

The cats replaced the pigs and I left a layer of grease proof round the sponge so that the chocolate bars could be removed and ‘rationed’!!!

Not sure if a cats in cream cake has been made before? I enjoyed making it :)
