Sister Love

Made this in a hurry for my sister, its the first time I have filled, ganached, covered and decorated a cake in one day, All in 42 Degree heat
Jaffa mud with whipped Frangelico Ganache filling, covered in dark chocolate ganache.
The fondant cut out was a challenge for sure, so was getting the love heart to dry in a day :)
