This is a fruit cake covered in marzipan and covered with sugarpaste. I completed it for one of my college assignments. The decorations were completed using a variety of techniques in both Royal Icing and sugarpaste. I loved making it although it took hours of work and was thrilled with the end result. I’m waiting to see what mark I get!
