One of very few carved cakes I have ever made and the first ever airbrushing, too, so what on earth I was thinking when I agreed to this one for a Medieval banquet themed child’s party, I’ll never know! The customer wanted the cake surrounded with just ‘lettuce’ leaves as she wanted to dress it.
