I was pleased when I was asked to make this cake, it was a real pleasure.
It was made for my friends grandad who flew in the Lancaster bomber during the Second World War.
The cake and plane are all airbrushed and the plane is made from modelling chocolate.
The silhouettes were all cut by hand.
