This is my first 4-tier cake and the biggest cake I’ve made so far. I’m so pleased with how it turned out. It was RV with cream cheese frosting which was a bit soft and lead to a little buldging. Client originally wanted to replicate the original butter cream cake from 50 years ago with 3 sets of swan pillars but we decided to go with a more modern fondant version of the original. I actually found the swans which were discontinued 10 years ago. We used their original topper and their serving knife too. TFL!
