I prepared this cake for a dinner attended by the local hoteliers at the end of the tourist season. It took me quiete a while to think how to do it and this is the result. The lower cake is a leather suitcase, full of labels with all the hotels names, symbolizing the overnight stay. The second cake is a nicely table set with plates and silverware symbolizing the restaurants and on top I modelled a reception bell with the logo of the hotelier association. At the end I was satisfied and the hoteliers apparently too!
