I made this cake for Maribel´s 60th birthday.
She loves reading so her family asked me to make a cake that represents and shows her passion.
Both tiers are lemon sponge filled with raspberry homemade marmalade and lemon mousse buttercream, cover with lemon buttercream and decorated with fondant.
I did enjoy a lot making this cake.
