This style of cake with the ruffles has been popular for 2013 for us! This is the 3rd time we made for this cake request! I changed the flower accent from a stylized Southern Magnolia to a stylized peach roses, to match the bride’s theme color, brown and peach. I made the roses using Kara’s Couture Cakes’ video tutorial and added a layer of wired petals for added fullness of the main rose.
