A New Year begins bringing the first cake of the New Year and the chance to bake more cakes for Birthdays. My first cake consist of 3 layers, chocolate and yellow, filling chocolate chip cookie dough frosting. Hand made melted chocolate snowflakes sprinkled with sparkle sugar, accented with fondant pieces. I am proud of this cake for the New Year.
