Its my mums 66th birthday tomorrow!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM!!!!
Ive always wanted to do a ruffle cake and thought this would be really lovely for her.
Its her favourite traditional birthday cake (which she loves) of vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream YUM :)
I gave it to her when we met on saturday cos I wont see her tomorrow and she loved it!
Will phone her tomorrow to to wish her happy birthday and see if she enjoyed a piece over the weekend! :)
