This massive cake was for the 100th birthday of Croke Park Stadium. It has an overhanging roof which was quite a challenge and was responsible for more than a few of my grey hairs ;) However the incredible reactions the cake got more than made up for the sleepless nights ;)

What an awesome cake – I made a stadium cake a while back and it was very difficult for me, so this magnificent cake is over the top – congratulations!
