“The Vibrance” – A 2-tier peacock inspired wedding cake. When we were planning and designing this wedding cake, the main questions in my mind was the colours, should I go for the blue green, and how to depict the iridescent hues? Should I keep it simple with a three colour combination or go for 4? Higher the colours meant increased complexity during painting and hours of focus. Finally went the whole hog with 5 colours depicting the Vibrance and majestic elegance of the indian peacock. Spent over 3 days on the feather painting alone! And here it is.. presenting The Vibrance, a two tier white and dark chocolate wedding cake adorned with the fruits of my effort .
