Bottom half is 2 double layer 8 inch cakes, bottom: chocolate filled with vanilla buttercream, top: vanilla cake filled with cream cheese filling and strawberry preserves.
Middle portion of cake made of rice crispies treats covered in buttercream and fondant. The cup is made of gumpaste with extra Tylose powder for extra strength. I put some of the birthday boy’s favorite candy in the cup. The stars, name and number are made of fondant with tylose mixed in.
