Buttercream filled Poinsettia cake
100% Buttercream piped Poinsettia. Free-hand outline w/ toothpick, then outlined green #4 or #3 tip. Filled in red petals w/ #6 Red BC. Filled in green #5 or #4 tip BC. Applied veins throughout petals and leaves.
Used #352 leaf tip in 2-tone red & white ruffle top boarder and same tip in green for bottom boarder. 3-dot tip in red around base boarder for berries.
Put 3-dot tip in white around flower and to edge of top and base of cake to resemble snow.
