I had the pleasure of baking a Christmas cake for NHS professionals. The request was to have a simple classy design. Damask stencilling and royal icing was used to give the classy look. The “deer” was to fit in the theme of the party. After several attempts I feel proud in achieving sharp crispy edge! :-)
