This is my submission to the latest Cake Central Magazine (Bells, Bows and Birds Holiday Wedding – Cake Central Volume 4 Issue 12 dec 2013). It was amazing to be asked to participate and a honour that my cake has been chosen for the third time in 2013. The themed photo they gave me for inspiration was a big black reindeer and trees, birds and ribbons. On the bottom layer I used dry brush effect for the tree trunk to create an icy look and feel. Of course there is no Christmas without a red Poinsettia which is made of flowerpaste.
