Hello! This week has been all about variety – from pretty sugar flowers to snow-capped mountains! Somewhere in the middle has been this cake in the shape of a Flumpet in its case! I had never heard of a Flumpet before – it’s a cross between a Flugelhorn and a Trumpet. The case is cake and the flumpet is fondant. In cake world you can learn and do something new everyday!
