A 3 layer sponge cake filled with raspberry preserve and vanilla buttercream. All decorations are modelled in sugar paste or flower paste. This was the first time I’ve used piping gel and I loved it… made the water look fantastic!
The matching cupcakes are chocolate sponge with a (very) rich chocolat ebuttercream. The brown toppers are chocolate sugar paste. 2 dozen of those were made to match the cake.
