Beautifully done! I have tried so many techniques to cleanly cut fondant/gump. Have you any tips to share? So far I find that rolling as thin as the design will allow, placing the slab in the freezer, using a VERY sharp X-acto blade and cutting the opposite side, then flipping over the design, helps. What do you recommend?

I put a sprinkle of Tylose in to about a handful of fondant (double Toulouse for black fondant) roll it out like you as thin as possible for the sillhouette. Leave it for around 20 min to air dry before cutting. And wipe the craft knife often. Hope that helps.
