I have been baking for ever since a friend asked me to make a Halloween cake and I went to the local cake shop and, of course, chose the most difficult thing I could find...a 3d witch head...and the requests came pouring in. I have been baking 25+ years and now that my kids are both out of the house I have returned to my passion full time. A cake, cupcake, pop are my canvases and I love my art. The precision is a mental catharsis for me. I love to design and help peoples' occasions be AWESOME, personal, with everyone having huge smiles on their faces and full yummy tummies! Nothing like the picture of a first birthday smile...priceless or a bride beaming over her cake.
Although I have my undergraduate and Master's degree in criminal justice I much prefer my creative side. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
