Here is how I made my little sugarpaste Minions from the movie ‘Discpicable Me’
Firstly you will need….a small amount of yellow, blue, black and white sugarpastea craft knifea rolling pina cocktail sticka jumbo straw (not esseintial)and a black edible food colouring pen (not essential)

INGREDIENTS:
9 eggs600g sugar300g peeled & ground almonds1 tsp baking powder1 tbsp wheat flour
PREPARATION:
Mixe the eggs with the sugar, than the almonds and last the flour and the baking powder.Line your cake pan with greaseproof paper.Place it in the oven for around 40 minutes at 180º C.
That´s it, very very simple and so tasty.

Insert a 22g wire into to pointy end
Mold to wire making a point. Not too big so it is a good size for the petals

So excited about my second wedding cake order! I love making wedding cakes even though they are time consuming, I find piping to be a true love for me. For this cake the bride wanted simple ivory buttercream cake, piping, and roses cascading down the side, which i just finished making plus the filler flowers and leaves! I could make flowers all day…I cant wait on my next wedding cake due in January. Hopefully ill get another booking for one before then :) Till then ill count my blessing...
