There was a time when I was doing purse cake almost every week, and sometimes more than one. Creating that worn look and texture of a real material led me to experimenting with plastic wrap. Here is the result! I’d say it adds an extra dimension and interest to the whole piece, because we all love our own special purses, even if it has some wrinkles to it! I have had a few personal messages on my facebook account on how I lined my cake pans for the carrot cake, I thought this is how everyone did it, but here goes for those who would like to know :-)I never bake a cake without lining the pan as I don’t like a crusty dry edge to my cakes

Here is what you will need:
Repeat step 2 and 3 with light green fondant.
Mix remaining light green fondant with white gumpaste.
With smallest petal cutter cut enough petals for 2 rows.
