Ingredients
- 4 liters whole milk (can also be used with 1 large package of powdered milk dissolved in 4 liters of water)- 2 pounds sugar- 1 teaspoon baking soda- 1 pinch salt- 2 cinnamon sticks

We are not sure if anyone will need this tutorial, but we know we would have loved to have had one. After several disasterous cannoli filling attempts, we finally figured out the perfect blend. 1 – 16oz bag mini marshmallows
1 – 2lb bag powdered sugar (sifted – I usually use about 3/4 to 2/3 of the bag)
2 to 3TBS water

This cake can be made in many flavor combinations, but I used vanilla as the example. Chocolate cake/pudding can be used as well as White cake/coconut or banana pudding, Vanilla cake/white chocolate pudding, etc.
