Caymancake’s Basic Cupcake Recipe
2 C self rising flour1 C milk3 large eggs2 C granulated (white) sugar1 C butter2 tsp vanilla

MY SOAKING RECIPE: 3 CUPS OF WATER1 1/2 CUPS OF GRANULATED SUGAR
