Christmas cupcakes
I would like to share with you these tutorial of three christmas toppers :)
1. Cut 3 circles of 10cm of diameter in these colors
2. Make 2 small holes with ball toll
3. Fill them with black sugarpaste
4. For santa’s and gingerbread cookie nose, make 2 small balls and then press a little to make an oval
5. Cut a piece with circle shape mold
6. For the holly leave, roll out green sugarpaste and cut around using a decorating tip . Repeat twice and...

After the crazy-arse amount of work I did in the school holidays I was really looking forward to getting back to the school routine where I can work within school hours, after the kids bed time hours and through to normal peoples sleeping hours… that way neither I nor the kids miss out on a single thing…...

I’ve been working on some of the characters for the competition cake again this week. I’m quite pleased with them so far, but there’s loads to do yet.
Also this week I’ve been trying out recipes and icing techniques for Christmas biscuits…yes Christmas seams to arrived early to my kitchen this year! I’m preparing ready for my Craft Stall later in the year and don’t want any nasty surprises with soggy biscuits or the taste not being just right....
