I just had a class on cookies and how to decorate them with fondant and/or royal icing. It was like a demo class where the teacher tells us step by step what we should do and how to do it and we watch. The teacher gave us a paper with some recipes and a step by step on how to decorate the cookies. I am amazed with all the beautiful things that can be created with some simple ingredients.
