This week I’ve been starting to put together the cake and characters I’ve been working on over the last few weeks. When I build a cake from my imagination I have to listen to the story the characters are telling me, and that sets the scene for the finished cake. My Mother always said I had an over active imagination.But I suppose thats how Authors write books sometimes. I’ve been working on some of the characters for the competition cake again this week. I’m quite pleased with them so far, but there’s loads to do yet. Also this week I’ve been trying out recipes and icing techniques for Christmas biscuits…yes Christmas seams to arrived early to my kitchen this year!
