Ingredients 400g good white chocolate chopped 80ml thick cream 1/2 tin of Nestle Top n Fill Note:-I always use the microwave to make ganache but you can use a double boiler if that is your preferred method. -I use Decor microwave rice cookers to make my ganache flavours in. These were a lot of fun to make! I love girls scout’s cookies, especially caramel delights! So I decided to make some cupcakes that highlight the most important parts of the cookie.For me these cookies are all about the coconut, caramel and crunch.
