Hello!! After several requests to do a tutorial for my Mickey & Goofy Car, I finally had some free time and did a gathering of some photos. I have to apolagize, because I thought I had photos from all the step by step, but I don’t. So I did a fast toturial with the main steps, I hope it helps. SORRY!!

White Magnolia is one of my favorite flowers,it is pretty and easy to make. In this picture-tutorial I want to show, even without Magnolia cutters, you can still create a nice flower.Any ordinary 3 sizes leaf cutter works :-)

Ingredients:
For the cake
1 1/4 cups cake flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp vanilla bean paste
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 large eggs + 3 egg yolks, at room temp
1 cup sugar
For the coffee syrup
8 Tbsp strongly brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar
For the frosting
1 cup heavy cream
8oz mascarpone
1 tsp vanilla

We are not sure if anyone will need this tutorial, but we know we would have loved to have had one. After several disasterous cannoli filling attempts, we finally figured out the perfect blend.
