I use cookies instead of the cake and i use royal icing to cover it that’s why i called it cookie pop. It’s easy to make and you can use anykind of cookie and marmalade :) Hope you like it. My two brothers in law (one France and the other in Venezuela) and I celebrate our birthday the same day! If we were all in the same country, imagine the big party!
